This year I have discovered pink, and both me and the Creatures can’t get enough of it!
I think it all started with The Party and Pink Blush in particular.
The playful and colourful mood of that series has spread over and the Creatures love to wear pale shades of pink for this spring season and I can’t do nothing else but to indulge them.
For these drawings I’ve used one of my favourite paper: the simple, basic packing paper. I like the colour of it, I like the texture of it, and it’s great with coloured pencils, I just love the results!
Love it so much I’m using it for the next series.

I used to hate pink back in the day. Even once had the gal to tell my mother & a group of her friends I'd never dress my kids in pink, lol, I've had to eat my words on this one. I love the color now. It can work with so many other colors & looks so lovely in paint & print. Your new series is awesome!
